Bundle Packs can be picked up at our New Carlisle, Ohio location or Local Delivery is available for orders over $50 within our delivery area: New Carlisle, Dayton, Huber Heights, Springfield, Enon, Fairborn, Troy, Tipp City, Christiansburg, Casstown, Alcony, North Hampton, Lawrenceville, Donnelsville and St. Paris. If you live outside our delivery area, but think you should be included, drop us a note and we’ll think about it.

Subscription Purchases:

When you purchase a subscription product you authorize Sparks Meats to charge the cost of your chosen subscription (every 2 weeks or monthly) using the payment method on file for as long as your subscription continues. The recurring charges for your subscription will be set forth during the purchase process (“payment”). Bundle Pack subscriptions can be canceled online from your “Account” page or by contacting us at [email protected].

Local Deliveries:

You will be notified when your online purchase is ready. Please be available to accept your delivery during the estimated delivery window. If you cannot be available when your delivery is scheduled please let us know where we can leave your package or contact us to schedule a new delivery time.

Keep in mind that perishable items can spoil if left unrefrigerated and we cannot be responsible for items left unattended. If you have a “Fresh or Fresh Flash Frozen” preference please indicate as such in the “Order Notes” box on the “Checkout Page”.

Jerky Products:

Beef Jerky can be purchased in-store or online. Online Jerky orders are delivered anywhere in the continental United States via USPS. Flat Rate shipping costs apply.

RETURNS & REFUND:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not possible. If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us and we will do all we can to address the problem and offer a fair solution. We stand behind our products and services and pledge to do everything we can to make your shopping experience hassle free.
